Due to the growing concerns regarding COVID-19 and recommendations from the Whatcom County Health Department, our walk-in Visitors Center is closed until further notice. However, the Center’s vestibule is open and stocked with brochures and maps for your convenience. The vestibule is open with limited capability serving local travelers who are exploring Whatcom County and beyond.

Our Visitor Center is located at 2007 Cherry Street in Ferndale, WA. (Just two blocks off Main Street down First Ave.)

To find us, take I-5 Exit 262.  If you are heading north, turn left onto Main Street.  If you are heading south, turn right onto Main Street.  Follow the Main Street until you reach 1st Ave which is right over the Nooksack River Bridge.  Turn left onto 1st Ave and follow the road until you reach a stop sign.  You will see the Visitor Information Center in Pioneer Pavilion straight ahead of you.
